Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do ask that we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt with any issues.

Exchanges 

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges.


Refunds
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. As stated above if you have any issues we do allow up to 24 hours after receipt of product to report any issues so that we may try to fix the issue.
