These hat bands are from a LV Speedy bag, that the instide was unrepairable. SO the outside was cut for Authentic Hat Bands.
Choose from Hat Bands or Small Bands these can be used for bullets, feathers etc.
The small bands will not have any holes, so you are able to place as you choose.
